1. About these terms

These terms apply to quotes and orders placed with Wolapark Ltd (company number 16859427, VAT number GB487261934) through wolapark.com, by email or by telephone. Please read them before accepting a quote.

2. Quotes and contracts

The quote form sends a request, not an order. A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing. Retail prices include VAT; trade prices exclude VAT and apply from 50 units per line. Written quotes are valid for 30 days. If a price on the website is obviously wrong, we will tell you before accepting the order.

3. Trade accounts

Trade accounts are opened at our discretion. Approved customers pay within 30 days of the end of the invoice month. Overdue business invoices may carry interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

4. Delivery

In stock lines are usually dispatched within two to three working days. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check the goods and tell us about any damage as soon as possible. Pallet deliveries are booked by phone and need someone present to receive them.

5. Samples and drawings

Sample packs cost £6, credited against your first trade order placed within 90 days. Drawings and dimensions are given for guidance, so please check critical sizes against a sample before drilling a full production run.

6. Cancelling an order

Consumers may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and return goods unused. Parts cut to length or finished to your specification cannot be cancelled once work has started. Business returns are by agreement.

7. Faulty goods

Consumers can reject faulty goods within 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Business customers receive a repair, replacement or credit.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers may also bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where they live.
