2. What we collect

The quote form collects your name, company if you give one, email address, phone number, delivery postcode, delivery preference, the fittings on your quote list and any message you write. When you order, we also keep the delivery address, invoices and payment records. Our web server records IP addresses and browser details for security, and these logs are cleared after 30 days.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your request and prepare a quote, at your request before a contract.
• To supply, invoice and deliver an order under our contract with you.
• To keep the accounting records HMRC requires.
• To protect the website and the form from spam, as a legitimate interest.

We do not send marketing emails and we never sell personal data.

4. Who receives it

Your name, address and phone number go to the courier or pallet network delivering your order. Our email, hosting, accounting and payment providers process data on our instructions, in the UK or under approved safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not lead to an order are deleted after 12 months. Order and invoice records are kept for six years from the end of the financial year. Trade account applications are kept while the account is open and for six years after it closes.

6. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. We reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
