HOW Ordering Works

No payment until you have a written quote

1Build a listAdd fittings to your quote list, or describe what you need in the form.
2Written quotePrices, stock and delivery date by email within one working day.
3Confirm and paySecure card link or bank transfer. Trade accounts are invoiced.
4DispatchTracking number by email the day your order leaves the workshop.

Pallets are booked by phone and need someone on site to receive them. Kerbside delivery only.

Returns

Different rules for private and trade customers

Private customers
  • 14 days from delivery to cancel, no reason needed
  • Return parts unused in their packaging
  • Refund within 14 days of the parts reaching us
  • You pay return postage unless the part is faulty
  • Cut to length or custom coated parts cannot be returned
Trade customers
  • Stock lines returned by agreement within 30 days
  • Unopened boxes credited in full
  • Opened boxes credited less a 15% restocking charge
  • Damage in transit reported within 2 working days
  • Faulty parts replaced or credited at our cost

Questions

Can I collect from the workshop?

Not at the moment. All orders go out by courier or pallet network, which is why every order gets a tracking number.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

No. We only deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

What if part of my order is out of stock?

Your quote shows it before you pay. You can wait for the whole order or have the stock lines sent first, with the second delivery free.

A parcel arrived damaged. What now?

Keep the packaging, take a photo and email [email protected] with your order reference. We send replacements the same or next working day.
