What we do

Wolapark Ltd makes and sells cabinet handles, knobs, hinges, furniture legs, brackets, rails and drawer runners in steel, brass and stainless steel. We sell to private customers from a single unit and to kitchen fitters, joiners and furniture makers at trade prices from 50 units per line, with delivery across the United Kingdom. Parts are cut, drilled and finished to order where a customer needs lengths or colours outside our standard range.

Prices and payment

Retail prices on the website include VAT at the current UK rate, and trade prices exclude VAT. Orders are paid by card through a secure payment link or by bank transfer to the business account of Wolapark Ltd. We never ask for card details by email, and every order comes with a VAT invoice showing our company and VAT numbers.

Delivery area

We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland by parcel carrier or pallet network. Delivery outside the United Kingdom is not currently offered.

Orders and quotes

Quotes are requested through the form on our home page, by email or by telephone, and every order is confirmed in writing before we take payment. Our terms are set out in the site terms.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong with an order, email us with your order reference. We acknowledge complaints within two working days and aim to resolve them within 14 days. Written complaints can also be posted to the address above. Your statutory rights are not affected.
